The receptionist and the intake nurse, are so rude. I had a disagreement with the receptionist, and she wanted to argue with me I had to hang up on her,.but she had the audacity to call me back to get her point across, I had to yell in the phone, and tell her to stop calling my phone, and hang up on her again I will not be going back to this office. And I made a complaint with Florida Healthcare.
She's a good doctor, tells you how it is so of you dont like to hear the truth! She listens to your needs and will refer you out if you request a referral ( dermatologist, orthopedic, etc.) I love her staff, they're just people like you and me. Only issue for me is usually the waiting to see the doctor. Sometimes tend to be 30-45 min behind.
Staffs are so nice! Overall experience is 10/10. I appreciate their help and explaining everything about what’s going on
Dr. Beverly is always kind and concerning. The staff is nice. I find my appointments to be quite quick. In, to the point and out.
Mrs Mossman is an AWSOME Dr ! She was my provider for years ! She will tell you to pay attention to your health & when ya not ! lol tell you your not ! Exactly what a dr should do ! Place ain’t dirty & the staff are AWSOME !
