First of all let me say Dr Orallo is a great Dr. Unfortunately this review is for his office staff. Beyond terrible office staff. If you call in any day any time be prepared to wait on hold 30+ minutes if not an hour+. Then, you'll be met with incompetence, can't update your information so have to do it every time you call. Don't even try to call for a referral, that team is the most lazy, incompetent staff I've ever encountered. Called for a referral, 4 days later still no referral. "Working on it". Now weeks later never received a call back for my referral, probably still not done. Thank God my condition was not life threatening. This experience has made me change my PCP. Do yourself a favor and RUN from this office and save yourself a ton of trouble.
Ask a friend who has a trusted physician before selecting a good primary physician. This doctor demonstrated no personal concern for my medical treatment other than ordering blood labs. He was quick to provide 26 or more referrals so other physicians could review my needs. I have not seen this doctor in at least 7-10 years but cannot get my insurance or medical records transferred out of his office.
