Its so strange my review was removed when this office told me my child didnt have a fever when I finally got them to take it, it was 102. It was the worst experience and I would never come back here. But im even more concerned they remove reviews. There was other issues too, like them forgetting about our appointment all together when we waited hours. Would not come here. Telehealth is better than this. And dr. O did not care she was so rude after this.

I HIGHLY recommend Dr Ozdemir! She spent 2 hours with my 20 year daughter in her first visit and another two hours with her in her second visit. She listened and lived together a very complicated medical history that no other doctor or specialist could figure out. My only regret is that we did not see her 3 years ago when my daughter started having medical problems. NO OTHER DOCTOR took the time to listen and NO OTHER DOCTOR provided comprehensive answers and solutions! RUN...don't walk...to her office if you or a family member is having medical issues that nobody else can solve!

Longest waits ever to see her, about an hour even when you’re the first appointment of the day or after lunch. Have seen a nurse upon arrival since Dr. O couldn’t see us. She dismisses all my concerns as silly and anxiety with my toddler but sends me to ER with my infant for normal neurological spasms. Terrified me and put my baby in dirty ER for hours over nothing. I asked them for a follow up referral for EEG just in case and they told me I had to come back in for that even though I went to them for this problem already (two days prior) and she didn’t know what was going on so she referred out to ER and now the ER told us to call pediatrician to ask for an EEG if I wanted one for peace of mind. And they said he needed to be seen first which is understandable but they saw him Saturday for this and referred out and now it’s Monday and they need to see him when they didn’t know what to do in the first place? She also casually told the trainee my toddler had parasites based on me saying he’s gassy and mouthing his hand occasionally. She didn’t even say it to me directly. I tried to ask more and she cut me off that she’d request meds for him from her holistic shop. She did not do that and didn’t follow up with a test to even confirm this theory. She is overwhelmed and busy and makes you wait forever and when you see her she’s short and dismissive and cuts you off. Leaves you with unanswered questions. But the worst by far is the crazy ER visit she sent me on for nothing. I did end up coming back in for the EEG referral but asked to see Brooke and she’s not even a doctor and confidently told me my baby was fine and it looked like normal baby neurological development issues. Wish I had seen her the first time! I don’t rec Dr. O as many other reviews stated almost identical stories to mine. So it’s def not a fluke what I experienced which I thought until I read all the bad reviews.
