Excellent doctor with warm and kind manner. Dr. Shrestha is very professional and knowledgeable. He has a wonderful bedside manner. The office is friendly and efficient. I’ve never had to wait long for my appointment. I highly recommend Dr Shrestha.
Over the last two years they have never answered the phone, but that seems to be improving. Apart from that severe and critical failure, everything else is good. Dr. Shrestha is a Good doctor, and we like him very much.
Unprofessional and Unreliable. I never complain about anyone, but after 25 missed calls and voicemails trying to schedule appointments, they tried to bill me for missing appointments that were completely their fault. Then, the doctor refused to speak to me and fix the situation after waiting 2 hours in his office and calling off work. Clearly, they do not value or respect their patients
PATIENT BEWARE: Dr. Shrestha has horrible bedside demeanor!! Knowledgeable, yes. But not very personable at all. Cold and frigid. I joked as an ice breaker during my first baseline appointment and he didn't bite. Reluctantly, I still came back 3 months later. Worse! Second visit imploded in the room. Dr. Shrestha got a little challenging and pushy when I asked questions and stated what my primary care doctor recommended -- an outside medical opinion which did NOT align with the insulin he was desperately trying to push on me -- despite my charts showing I'm allergic to insulin!! Frustrated that I was intelligently advocating for myself, Dr. Shrestha abruptly looked at his phone, said he had another patient waiting, and had to 'push on.' As a Black woman (a demo the medical industry on record has systematically dismissed, misdiagnosed, and mistreated, literally) I knew this doctor was no good. I should've heeded the 3.0 star rating. Do not ignore this review. BUYER BEWARE. My experience was Dr. Shrestha was cold, not open to dialogue, showed lack of empathy, and again, displayed horrible bedside demeanor.
What a joke. I DONT HAVE TO HAVE A REFERRAL TO SWITCH TO A DIFFERENT DR. This staff NEEDS. TO. LEARN. INSURANCE. PPO vs HMO. Unable to make an appt after being on HOLD FOR 20 MINUTES. I'm sure the doctors are great, but unfortunately due to the incompetence of unfriendly office staff I will not be going here. I need to be sure I'm billed Appropriately. At this point, i'm not even sure if I could make appointment if I had tests, because they might need me sign off on it before the doctor can read it. Ridiculous!
