Our IT team consistently delivers exceptional support, expertise, and problem-solving. Their responsiveness, technical knowledge, and commitment to keeping our systems running smoothly have a tremendous impact on our daily operations. They go above and beyond to resolve issues quickly and efficiently, making them an invaluable part of our organization. Their dedication and professionalism are truly extraordinary. We especially love Marcus who is always down to help with whatever issues arise!!! Thank you Marcus!!
My issue was addressed today in a highly professional and courteous manner. The support provided was efficient, and the resolution was completed with minimal interruption to my work. I appreciated that the process did not require me to be away from my computer for an extended period, allowing me to continue my tasks with little disruption.
I was a longtime customer of Advanced Automation when this was still a local IT company, and the difference since the DPC merger has been disappointing. Support response times are much slower, callbacks take far too long, and most issues seem to be directed to online systems rather than personal service. The local, customer-focused approach that made this company stand out has disappeared. Very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Devonte is also friendly, works quickly and follows up to make sure the job is truly done. Perfect!
The entire crew at DPC has done an amazing job with our office system upgrade. Thank you to everyone who played a part in making our transition smooth and painless. We could not ask for a more professional IT company.
