Been following down south for over a year patiently waiting for the “right” square body for me. Went back and forth with, Matt and he was always accommodating. Finally, I found the one I wanted and the process was seamless. It’s stressful purchasing a 40+ year old vehicle sight unseen but Matt made the process easy. Willing to FaceTime, text, phone call, always there to answer any questions. The shipping was great, send pics and made sure it arrived at my home. Dealing with down south was great. Highly recommend!!
Matt was great to work with! Put a deposit on a 1987 square body, flew down a few days later, truck was as described. Gave him a check and the truck was shipped to me about a week later. Very easy process. Matt told me how the process worked, answered all my questions and made sure the shipper had the proper insurance to give me peace of mind I was covered!
Awesome experience working with Claire and Down South Industries. Chris from Classic Motor Car Company contacted Claire after I purchased my car from him. Claire was extremely responsive to any of my many questions. She explained that the driver shortage may slightly delay the transport of my car. Claire worked tirelessly until she secured Black Mustang Transport INC. She was able to secure the transport and have my car delivered in just four days. Aleks from Black Mustang was also awesome. He kept me informed of the delivery date and time. Aleks even delivered my Corvette on a Sunday evening. He was very courteous and treated my car with extreme care. I would highly recommend Down South Industries and Black Mustang Transport for you auto transport needs! Keith
Down South Industries was amazing! Claire set me up, kept me updated throughout the whole process. I was so nervous about this whole thing transporting from California to South Carolina. I read some scary reviews with other transporters and I can honestly say I felt at ease with Down South Industries. My car arrived looking just as I sent it off. The driver was spot on time, and contacted me as he got closer as well as once he arrived to set up delivery. It was also delivered on the date given. Thank you Down South Industries for a smooth and wonderful experience!👏🏼
Just purchased a 1974 K5 Blazer from DownSouth, sight unseen. The car showed up and it was better than I ever imagined it would be. Matt was incredible throughout the whole process, a true professional! I’m telling you, if you’re trying to find a classic or something offbeat, if you don’t call Matt at DownSouth, you’re doing yourself a disservice! I’d buy another car here in a minute. Try these guys, you won’t be disappointed.
