Came in as a walk-in today (sign out front said appointments and walk-ins are welcome) and the gentleman manning the business did greet us as he was finishing up another client. I stood at the door waiting to check-in for a good 5 minutes or so before he finished the client. After ringing up said client, he fiddled with his register and didn't further acknowledge me and proceeded to call over a previously checked in client to begin on them. I walked out because this man was seriously going to let me stand at the front without even checking in or further acknowledging me as a potential customer and showed no interest in me as a customer. I would expect this type of customer service from a younger inexperienced person but this person appeared to be pretty advanced in experience. Disappointing and I will not return. If you value your time, go down to Supercuts further down the way of the shopping center, they'll take care of you right away.

The best barber shop! My husband goes every few weeks and sees Ms. Dana and she is wonderful. She also cut my hair while I was in with him one day and it was perfect. There’s sometimes a wait but it’s always worth it. Cold beer in the fridge, and hot towel shaves makes for a great experience!
I was just looking to get a haircut. The barber started a conversation, and when I pushed back on some of what he was saying, he became argumentative. I told him we could simply agree to disagree, but he insisted we couldn’t. Honestly, a simple “Hello, what haircut would you like?” would have been enough.
If you are a pigmented man, avoid this place if you would like to walk out with your dignity. I went here because the reviews said they did a razor shave….. figured if they can line up with a razor, then I can trust them for a buzz cut and beard trim. Well, no.
We were a walk in today. I took my 6 yr old for a cut. He had Lesllee. She was Amazing! Very reasonably priced. The shop has an Awesome vibe. We most definitely will be back!
