Had an issue with an older AC that we'd been band aid fixing. Called for maintenance and they answered my call after hours, answered all my questions, and booked me next day when other companies booked me weeks out. Received honest feedback and sent me pictures when I asked. When I called again to have a full fix/inspection they came insanely quick, were professional made me feel comfortable the whole time. Ultimately we decided to do a full replacement and thermostat. They came first thing next morning, worked for hours and had everything done in the afternoon. I was cold in my home by 2pm! Set everything up with me, answered all my questions, always followed up tinely and sent me warranty info ASAP. They really made it an effortless process and I'm very thankful.
Let me share the buzz!!! If you are looking for a company that is truly 5 stars, DOUBLE A, AC the Home of the AC Bees is that company, I would highly recommend. From the first call, to arrival of the service technician, I was truly impressed. They kept me abreast of every step of the process. I received a called when the technician would arrive and they were on time. Best of all, they did not leave until my AC was up and running. It was a very smooth operation. This company is the real deal, friendly, professional, helpful, trustworthy and reliable.
We’re pleased with Matthew's service. He arrived on time, he thoroughly did a troubleshooting and identified the issue, and completed the job to a high standard. The recommended a product and pricing was reasonable.
This is a great company!! Fair prices, such nice office crew and my installer Alex (and his associate) were fantastic! I called in such distress and this team could not have been more professional nor compassionate!!
I never write reviews but this one is well deserved. The entire team was just wonderful and the experience start to finish was so easy and made this so easy. I was not comfortable hiring people to do work for me and this is the same team start to finish. I promise you will not be disappointed and the best price BY FAR and no slimy salesman, just no nonsense at all. I could not be happier.
