Donut Shoppe

Moved to Florida 15 years ago. Been hunting for good doughnuts since. These are the best! Chain-store doughnuts simply do not compare. These taste similar to the ones I grew up eating in Louisiana. I absolutely recommend this place. I'll be back again and again.

A hidden gem of a donut shop I would say. We decided to try it out because it had good reviews, my husband doesn’t typically like donuts, but he said these were probably some of the best he’s ever tried. We especially liked the coconut cake, devils food cake, blueberry cake, and the warm apple fritter was just delicious! The fritter had a slight crunch on the outside and soft on the inside with a bit of cinnamon taste to it. So good. All the donuts were soft and fresh. Do give it a try and make sure you come prepared with cash or check, they do not take card. They do have an atm inside though if needed. Restaurant was clean and well stocked, we came at 9am on a weekday.

If someone wanted a playbook for an old school donut shop, then look no further. Order whatever donut you want or fritter and you will not be disappointed. Cross my heart. PS - cash only

These are probably my favorite donuts in town. The quality is always there. You can tell a fresh donut by the feel or the dough and the taste of the bite. I am a crazy person that will show up at first open to have a warm gooey bite of the best ugly apple fritter I’ve ever laid eyes on. Chef kiss always to the donut shoppe!! (No picture of the ugly because it does not make it home)
