Not sure how long now I’ve been a patient with Dr. Potts for probably 10 years. She explains things well. She is a doctor that uses the portal not everybody does! And she’s good at following up. She does through Annual Exams. Having relatively good health, I have not seen her that often but I would would be very trusting with avenues of treatment.
Dr. Potts takes time to not only explain to me what she's doing , but she also takes time to listen to me and answer my questions. She is so very kind. I couldn't want for another doctor. She's the BEST!
Dr Potts is great!!! She takes the time to listen to her patients and she helps you to understand health related problems and solutions.
Dr. Potts is a detail oriented listener and follows science. She explains current therapeutic practices with plain english and quotes case studies to back up her diagnosis and practice. In addition to our face to face visits, she also is prompt in her communications via the health portal app. On a personal note she is kind and easy to talk to. Thank you for your expertise Dr. Potts! My family values you.
Dr. Potts is an amazing doctor,she listens to me and explains everything but most of all she treats you like family. I've been going to her for over 20 years and there's not another doctor like her to me
