Dr. Downer is a fantastic eye doctor!! I had a brain injury that left me with my right eye severely damaged and am slowly going blind in that eye. Dr. Downer is now taking care of me and I could not be happier with his kindness, knowledge and the ability to help me stay positive about the outcome of my injury as it progresses. I highly recommend him and his staff!!

Everyone was exceptionally professional and any concerns I had were addressed immediately and fully. I had both right and left cataract surgery and the results are wonderful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an unexpected eye emergency, and Dr. Downer and his incredible team were truly extraordinary from start to finish. From the very first phone call, the staff was efficient, kind, and got me in immediately—which is unheard of in most medical offices! When I arrived, the receptionist was warm and welcoming. Because I had signed in online, all my information was ready to go. I expected a long wait (as is common in most doctor’s offices), but to my surprise, I was called in right away. The assistant who did my preliminary assessment was friendly, skilled, and professional. Then I met Dr. Downer. He immediately put me at ease with his calm and positive demeanor, even though my eye was in pain. He took the situation seriously and clearly communicated the importance of bed rest and care. His concern made me realize how important it was to follow his advice—and I’m so glad I did. I’m now completely healed! Every person I encountered in that office was present, highly trained, efficient, and genuinely kind. I never felt rushed or overlooked. It was, hands down, one of the best medical experiences I’ve ever had. I highly recommend Dr. Downer and his outstanding team. They are a rare gem in healthcare. Thank you all!

So Far I am very happy with my eyes after having lens put in, however I have to have Laser treatment done since I have a film covering my eyes from the first surgery which I have read is normal. Dr. Downer told me I won't have to pay anything. Which is awesome. I can't wait to have that done and be able to see the outcome. He was very nice and the staff is awesome. I love having him as my eye doctor! They get you in and out so you are not sitting around for hours. Best eye doctor around!!!!!
