It was not what I expected. It was a well oil machine. The young ladies that did the testing were wonderful. I didn’t wait long for my appointment. Once they started it you move on quickly to the next test. I didn’t have a lot of time with Dr. Barnhorst. He went very quickly over specific topics. He seemed very nice.
Dr. Barnhorst and his staff are kind-hearted, efficient and highly skilled professionals & paraprofessionals. The well-managed collaboration and organization of the practice show, with each department and employee understanding his/her unique role and communicating well with other areas/staff such that efforts are not duplicated and clients do not answer the same questions repeatedly. Dr. Barnhorst did surgery to replace the cataract in one eye and I am incredibly grateful for the skill, expertise, and calming reassurance that he and this well-run practice deliver — Vision in my operated eye is fantastic — I could not be more pleased with the outcome & smooth recovery from surgery & look forward to my second surgery.
From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable. The wait wasn't too bad and once met by a cheerful employee, I was ushered back and taken care of. Dr.Barnhorst is very professional and felt comfortable in his presence.
Dr.Barnhorst was very thorough. He explained all my concerns I had that was easy to understand. His staff was pleasant to deal with and got me into a retina specialist the following day without any problems. The office is clean.
Dr. Barnhorst and his team were outstanding to work with. Every team member, every step of the way made my visit just perfect. I felt very cared for. Dr. Barnhorst is thorough and kind. Highly recommend!
