Dolphin Pointe Health Care

I am very impressed with Dolphin Pointe Health Care for my brother. The staff are supportive and friendly, the facility is spotless and comforting, and everything runs efficiently. His physical therapy sessions are tailored to meet his needs and the therapists are knowledgeable. He likes everyone at Dolphin Pointe and they seem to like him. He feels blessed to live in such a wonderful home. When I told him Nurses’ Appreciation Week was coming up, he said every day was Nurses’ Appreciation with him. A big thank you to Laura McDonald, Peggy and Courtney for guiding me through the Medicaid application process. I can sleep at night knowing all is well with my brother. I overheard Lawrence talking to a bed-ridden patient but he didn’t know I could hear him. He spoke so kindly and gently to the disabled person that I was truly touched. It takes a special person to have this kind of patience and kindness. Then I started listening and this type of kindness was going on all around me. Not only is the staff well trained, they truly love helping people in need.

Moved my dad from an undesirable facility and Dolphin Pointe is amazing. Laura Macdonald took care of all the paperwork and made the move easy and RN Stephanie is an angel and you can see she cares goes above and beyond. I am so glad my dad is here now Thank you all staff for making this transition easier on my family and especially my dad.

The Admission staff at Dolphin Pointe are very personable and caring. Sara worked with me to get my Dad accepted so quickly both times that we needed a supportive home for Dad. The entire team is friendly, very engaging and supportive. Sherrie, Lesa and Laura are so sweet with my Dad and they help make a huge difference in our family's life.

The staff at Dolphin Pointe Health Care, especially Mr. Kallen, were incredibly supportive and friendly, and the facility was spotless and well organized. From the moment I arrived I felt welcomed, and the physical therapy team helped me feel confident and motivated. The nurses were attentive and kind.
