John is both a skilled technician and a trustworthy person. The quality of work was excellent, the pricing was more than fair, and my experience was exceptional. I now have my permanent "go to" guy for any computer repair needs. He should be yours, too.
Highly recommend Doctor PC. Over the past two years, I have used their service several times from repairing old pc's to upgrading new ones. Very satisfied. They do the work they promise and complete it when they promise. Their fees are reasonable to me. Their staff is very friendly and professional.
Called to see if I could get a Power Supply tested, specifically asked on the phone if they would be able to test it without an ATX cable since I did not have a spare one with me. Told me that they could- then when I arrived, after sitting at the desk for 10 minutes waiting for anyone to come from the back of the shop, turns out they can't test the PSU without me bringing an ATX cord... waste of a trip
I brought my gaming pc in to address an overheating issue. John was very personable and fit me in to help address my problem as quickly as possible. He found the problem right away, fixed it, and my pc works and cools better than ever. He is very knowledgeable, fair, and keeps you updated on the progress. I will be using him for any future pc repairs.
This was my first time visiting Doctor PC and the service and information was exceptional. I called about a two separate issues and was given down to earth realistic options for both. The work that was performed was done in a very timely and professional manner. Would recommend this business to anyone who is having PC issues!
