I’ve been a patient at this practice for five years, and the level of care has steadily declined. Continuity is nonexistent. I’ve been passed between multiple nurse practitioners and physician assistants with no clear ownership of my care, which has created serious gaps in communication and decision-making. The most concerning issue was a missed diagnosis of severe pneumonia. This was not a minor oversight. Given my medical history as a post bone marrow transplant leukemia survivor with a history of seizures, that kind of miss is unacceptable and puts my health at significant risk. On top of that, I was denied a prescription refill over a strict 30-day visit policy despite being an established long-term patient. Policies are one thing, but there needs to be clinical judgment and basic consideration, especially in complex cases like mine. This experience reflects a lack of thorough evaluation, poor coordination, and rigid processes being prioritized over patient care. I strongly recommend that anyone with a serious or complex medical history look closely at whether this practice can truly provide the level of attention and consistency required.
Good people and physicians. If you go into a doctor's office with an ailment that's understandable. If you go in there with a bad attitude in addition to your physical problem, it's an instant disability. I thank God for the gift of His healing and for the skilled doctors, nurses and staff who provide compassionate care.
I love the staff at this office. Savannah is one of the ladies up front and she is fantastic. I have never in all my 47 years had a person in a drs office go above and beyond the way she does. If you are looking for a drs office that is all about the patient then this drs office is for you. I wish more offices had people like her.
My family and I LOVE Dr Connor!!!! My parents myself and all 3 of my kids have been going to his office for over 6 years! He is FANTASTIC!! He listens when you talk he is understanding and patient! 95% of his staff are also incredible there are always a couple bad eggs in the bunch but I $1,000% recommend Dr Connor and his office!!
I have been a patient of Dr Connor's office for 27 years. Last year I got an appt with Pamela Price, and she was very thorough with me, making sure all my issues were addressed. She has the best bedside manner and it seems like she truly cares about my health. Today I went back to see her and got my son established as a patient there, too. Pamela Price again took great care of us, heard our concerns, and came up with a plan of care to get certain things taken care of quickly. She is wonderful, and I enjoy her being with Dr Connor.
