Do It Yourself Rental and Sales

First time renting from Do It Yourself and I am disappointed in the service. I stopped by the Callahan asking about a concrete mixer, was given the information I requested. After shopping around I decided to go with Do It Yourself and was told I needed to stop back by to have my id scanned, so I did. Then I was told I needed to give a cash deposit of $200, I offered my credit card that I was going to use to make the payment but was told no it had to be cash. I only had $150 cash in my wallet so Mallory said that would be enough. After the transaction I wasn’t offered a receipt for my deposit, I had to request it. We discussed the delivery day and time and agreed on 9:00am since they open at 7:30am, the drive time is a little over an hour and we gave an extra 30 minutes for them to load everything up. Then the day of the delivery they don’t show up as scheduled but call about 10:00am to confirm the delivery at 11:00am. Their excuse was there must have been some confusion on the delivery time. Very unreliable!

Mallory has been excellent to work with! We got a skid steer stuck and they worked with us to get it free and swap equipment without it being an absolute job killer, highly recommend!

This company exceeded our expectations. We had rented a lift device from Fernandina office unfortunately, the person who rented the device before us did not bring the product back This company went out of their way to Bring a Lyft device directly to our home. The gentleman that delivered it was very friendly and demonstrated the proper use of the unit They had also left one of their trailers for me to return the device If you need to rent anything, I would definitely recommend this company!!!

Phenomenal staff. Close to our business and the equipment has worked great. We look forward to using them as our primary rental company
