I brought my 2016 Mustang GT here after being T-boned by an legally deaf elderly driver, and the level of service I received from Laura, Richard, Logan, and the entire team was nothing short of incredible. From day one, they were completely transparent, professional, and kept me grounded through a massive logistical process. They don't just push cars through a factory line—they take the time to ensure the front-end layout, assembly, and alignment are flawless before handing you back the keys. What really sets this shop apart is their integrity and communication. When unexpected logistical hurdles or insurance-side overpayments complicated the paperwork, Laura and the management team handled the billing reconciliation directly, professionally, and strictly business-to-business. Can’t say enough good things about Disney! They have been amazing to work with for repairs to my ford lightning. Both Laura and Richard (owner) did an amazing job helping navigate the insurance claim and always proactive with their communication. I highly recommend them for any repair, truck looks and runs like new.
I was really impressed with this company. From the moment I walked in the door until the moment I left with my car, I was treated with the utmost customer service that is rare to find. Someone recently backed into my car and crushed the front end… My car means a lot to me, it’s my baby. This is the first time I’ve had to trust someone other than my fiancé to take care of my car and I wasn’t disappointed. It was repaired with care and close attention to detail, I can’t express how much that means to me. My car was previously custom painted and they made sure to consult with me during the painting process to make sure that I would be satisfied. I was kept in contact with and if I needed to speak with them, I was always able to get someone on the phone quickly. I would recommend this business if you want quality care.
