Dirty Ducks Dryer Vent & Air Duct

I appreciate how fast they came out today and fixed the issue! It was quick and easy. I’m glad I called them!

They made it worse! Do not hire! There was a brush stuck there which was visible and they said they’d remove it but instead all they did is push it deeper to the point where now you can’t see where it is. They said they’d come back and now don’t even pick up the phone. Their “tools” were no better than what you can buy on Amazon for $20-$30. These guys aren’t professionals. Depending on how much this costs me, I may legally ask for part of the bill to be paid by them since now I may have to cut out drywall’s and ceiling where as before we knew exactly where the brush was . Addendum to their reply; Lies! I called, they answered but said they’d call me right back. They never mentioned they’re coming back with a camera but rather said I need to take down the drywall and ceiling which wasn’t the case. A real company came and fixed it.

Called them today to schedule to have my dryer vent cleaned and they were able to do it the same day. William was the technician he was very friendly and made sure the area was cleaned up before he left. Excellent job will definitely use in the future.
