  I had the absolute pleasure of interacting with a wonderful human being today. Her name is Tanasia.Clark. She exemplifies all of the characteristics one would want from an agent. Patient, intelligent, pro active, fully communicative and knowledgeable about any inquiries I had. I’m leaving this review today for those reasons and also a few more which in many ways were more important to me that day than all of the other attributes I’ve already mentioned: I’ve had a rough 12 months and I’m still trying to catch up. I had an insurance lapse for the first time since I was 16 this past year. This human being showed me empathy and true care as we navigated through the process of securing my insurance. She stepped up not only as a representative for the company she works for but as a human being that was dealing with another human being, who was coming out of very difficult times. You see everyone of these people that we, the public deal with our human beings: I think people forget that or disregard it when dealing with them: They should always be treated first and formeist as human beings and there duties should be understood as, though important, secondary to their humanity. Her professionalism was superb but her kindness was astounding and much needed. Thank you for your service to me as a compassionate human being that displayed the intelligence, initiative taking, communication and articulation of all of the variables about not only insurance but life and health. I will truly remember our interaction for years to come.
