Direct Auto Insurance

Alex was an absolute blessing to have helping me figure out my issues and concerns. It was such a easy going calm process with him walking me through all of it! Where with the "MANY" calls before I actually got a lot of rude, short toned reps, no one was willing to even try to help or hear me out. I just kept getting transferred to another department or rep! Thank you form the bottom of my heart for all your help and getting the coverage I was needing! You're so Awesome and will have a customer for life from me from now on! 👍

So far reasonably priced customer service excellent. agent explained every detail about the policy and made sure I got all the discounts available.

Cheryl has been the most helpful, patient and kind. She provided an amazing service!
