What I appreciate most is the strategy side. He doesn’t just execute what you ask for. When we were working through the DeSposito’s relaunch he pushed back on our plan and laid out a more realistic path, and he was right. In hospitality you deal with a lot of people who will sell you whatever you say you want. He isn’t one of them. Responsive, straightforward, and he understands how a restaurant actually operates.
