Blake serviced our yard for over three years and did a great job. Then one week he never showed up - tried to get in touch with him and could never reach him.
Stopped showing up. We paid the monthly rate during the winter when there wasn’t much of a need. But stopped showing up in June and July. Couldn’t reach him. Once we did he assured us the problem was fixed. Then stopped showing up again. We did not get what we paid for. Will never use them again. Communication was horrible. But never refunded any payment even when they didn’t show up for their commitments.
They showed up on time and when they said. That is a big plus for contractors today. Their work was very good and they explained a lot on how to keep my new lawn healthy. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend them to friends.
Have not been able to reach them for four weeks. No answers to e-mails, text messages or voice mails. Have not shown up for weekly mowings, even though I have paid through September. Very unprofessional and unfortunate. I hope this is temporary but I am disappointed with Blake for not communicating.
This crew is hands down the best!!! They take great care of our landscaping. Their team is thorough and efficient. I am thrilled to be working with them!
