I cannot say enough good things about Steven at Dick’s Sporting Goods in Orange Park. From the moment I walked in, he treated me with respect and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He was extremely knowledgeable, not only about the product I came in for, but also about options I didn’t even realize were available. Steven took the time to answer every question, explain the differences between products, and make sure I felt confident in my purchase. He wasn’t pushy in the least, but he did let me know about the warranty, which I didn’t even know was an option for what I was buying. I’m so glad he did, because that warranty gives me peace of mind that I wouldn’t have had otherwise. That’s the sign of someone who isn’t just trying to make a sale, but actually looking out for the customer. It’s rare these days to find customer service where you walk away thinking, “Wow, that person genuinely cared.” Steven gave me that experience. He is professional, attentive, and clearly takes pride in doing his job well. If you’re going to shop for sporting goods and want to be treated like your time and money matter, do yourself a favor and go see Steven at Dick’s Sporting Goods in Orange Park. A very large store, you can find articles for all sports, the fitness area is my favorite and although they are not outlet prices or anything like that, you can find things that are not easy to find in other stores. There are clothes, caps and the fishing area is huge. As for the service I can say that it is poor since it seems that no one serves you or asks you if you want or need something.

They have an amazing selection of apparel and sporting goods! I was there for a tennis racquet and tennis balls. Prices were very reasonable. Also, customer service is great! I want to give a shout out to Sydnie Parrott who was so very helpful and friendly!

I recommend the store, but I would never recommend this New Balance sneaker in this color. There’s no way to clean it; it releases all the paint and won’t come off.
