From application to closing, she got the entire loan completed in about 10 days, which is almost unheard of. I've worked with Diana on many transactions over the years, so seeing her get another one to the closing table was no surprise. What made this one different was how challenging it became. With just two weeks before closing, the buyer's agent called to tell me the buyer had switched lenders. My first reaction was panic.
