So, I used to live in Jacksonville, and my husband bought my engagement ring, bracelet, and wedding band from Diamonds Direct. From the very beginning, they have gone above and beyond, always providing the best customer service. We moved to St. Pete five years ago, and recently my wedding band lost a diamond. Unfortunately, there isn’t a Diamonds Direct in the Tampa Bay area. Luckily, I had to travel to Jacksonville for a wedding, so I took my ring in to have it repaired. They told me they would fix it and ship it back to me. I’ll admit, I was nervous about having it shipped, but they assured me everything would be fine. Unfortunately, because of an address mix-up after our move, my ring was shipped to our previous address and was lost. Taylor handled everything from start to finish and truly went above and beyond to make things right. They no longer carried the original designer, but she reached out to him personally, and he created a new band that looked almost identical to mine. They had it resized and were preparing to ship it to my correct address. Then yesterday, Taylor called with unexpected news. The person who had received my original ring at our old address had returned it, and Diamonds Direct had just received it back. I assumed they would simply send my original ring to me. Well, when the package arrived today, I got the biggest surprise. Taylor had sent me both wedding bands! I was absolutely stunned. I immediately contacted her because I wanted to make sure it wasn’t a mistake. She told me the second band was a gift to thank me for my patience and understanding throughout the entire situation. I am beyond grateful for Taylor’s kindness and for everything she did to make this right. She has been an absolute gem (pun intended!), and I will recommend both her and Diamonds Direct to anyone and everyone. Taylor, thank you a thousand times for all of your help—and for such an incredibly thoughtful gift. The integrity, generosity, and commitment that you and Diamonds Direct show your customers are so rare these days. My husband and I will never buy jewelry from anyone else.

We’ve been shopping with Diamonds Direct for quite some time and recently returned in search of a diamond necklace as a gift for our 10-year anniversary. We were greeted right away by Kevin, who took the time to show us several options. He was a pleasure to work with and incredibly knowledgeable about diamonds, helping us understand the different qualities and options available. His expertise and friendly approach made the experience enjoyable, and we truly appreciated his guidance in finding something special for such an important milestone. Cory Moloney at Diamond Direct did an amazing job accommodating me and my future fiancée—I actually went there twice in one day! The first time, I came in to get a better understanding of pricing and style options. Cory was extremely helpful in narrowing things down and guiding me through the process step by step. He was very patient, kind, and even brought some humor into the experience, which made everything feel comfortable and stress-free. Most importantly, he was very respectful of my budget and never once tried to push me toward anything out of my price range. Based on what I told him, he was confident my future fiancée would love the options—but I still wasn’t completely sure. Since we were leaving town the next day after work, I came back later that same day with her so I could be certain I chose something that matched her style. Cory even played along and acted like we were strangers to help keep the surprise intact, which I really appreciated. Turns out—he was right. Not only did she love the ring, but it was one Cory had already ordered and it was arriving in-store the very next day. Overall, this was a great experience. Cory made the entire process smooth, comfortable, and even fun. If you go to Diamond Direct, definitely ask for Cory—you won’t be disappointed.
Kevin made the process of getting an engagement ring so easy, his knowledge of the jewelry with matching the personality of my now wife was incredible. He was so kind and professional. We saw him again for wedding bands and returned to him for a cleaning. He was a big part of making each moment magical. Thank you Kevin!
I had the most amazing experience here with our diamond expert, Corey! He took care of us throughout the whole process and made everything so seamless. He made the experience of purchasing our wedding bands so enjoyable and I would recommend his expertise to anyone who is looking for any jewelry!! 10/10 king Julian impression as well
