Everyone has made her feel welcome. The staff truly care about the health and happiness of the residents. Also, the facility is spotless and the food is very good. Moving my mother into assisted living was a difficult decision but Diamond has made the transition easy for both her and me. I’m very happy knowing that she is so well taken care of at Diamond. I am very pleased with Diamond Assisted Living and Memory Care. Since the very beginning of visiting the facility and making preparations, my family has been treated with care and respect. All the staff are exceptional and are always willing to help. The administration, nursing staff, aids, ground keepers, and others are very caring and work hard to provide for the needs of my loved ones. The facility is beautiful and is well taken care of and maintained. Housekeeping does a great job. I am at peace knowing that my family members are being well taken care of during this stage of life. I am always contacted and made aware of any need that may arise. Everything that your loved one may need is available if needed, or can be scheduled, such as haircuts, PT, or other specific specialist or treatment. I am very thankful for Diamond and the care my family members receive daily. Administration is a wealth of knowledge and can help you with any concerns or resources you may need.
