Dial Accounting

Been with dial family way before rick took over use to use his dad god rest his soul. i was always happy now I use his son rick. And he never did me or my family or my friends wrong his job is to do ur paper work aka taxes not to babysit ur money that's uncle sams job aka. Irs. Life happens u think he wants to take ur money and not help come on now. That's sounds crazy. But my experiences with rick has nothing but of great services. Over seems like million years.

Looks like Mr. Richard Dial has again taken money and not fulfilled his promise, to submit my tax return when due. Others I know are in the same boat, wondering the status of their returns, they've used Dial for years. I have been on the IRS website countless times and the only thing I do know now is that the return has not been received. He did my taxes a few years ago and there was not problem. I've been doing them myself in the interim but the first time I go back, he snakes me! The other frustration here is trying to get in touch with the IRS and find out what to do, an exercise in futility. So I am submitting my return and hope I'm not going to have to pay a penalty for filing late.

I've been using Rick Dial for years and never had a problem. This year, he took my money and I've yet to see my tax return. I filed in March and it's August now. I've probably called him around 25 times and no answer and he isn't returning my phone calls. I'll never use him again!
