I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Devon Storage on Dunn Avenue. The company has been unprofessional and has not honored the agreements that were discussed online. I was told I would receive a free month, yet I did not receive it. Instead, I was charged $100 for only 12 days after choosing to end the contract early. The manager and employees at this location were rude and unhelpful. They could not provide a clear explanation for the charges, and they failed to honor the promises made at the time of signing the contract. Their customer service is extremely poor, and the entire experience was frustrating and misleading. I strongly advise others to read the contract carefully because this company does not honor the promotions or agreements they promise. I did not receive the 30 days free that I was told I would get, and overall the service was unprofessional and unacceptable. I am requesting a review of my charges and an explanation for why I was billed in this manner.

My experience was wonderful the associate at the front desk. He was very knowledgeable and help me understand what size unit I needed and answered any questions I might have had

We rented 2 - 10 X 20's climate control units and moved out less than 1 month later. The facility is pure filth with a serious roach infestation and numerous code violations. Parking is non existent and any larger than a 15' truck will not make the turns inside the facility. They claim climate control but the units are extremely hot inside even at night. The elderly couple thst live on-site can hardly keep up and very rude. These pictures show what you can expect !

Ms Tasha was very Professional and helpful to me. She makes you want to Rent a Unit, even if you weren't thinking of it. I actually waited for her to come to work. Although I had to leave quickly & return. It was well worth my time, she is Awesome!.
