This is the nicest dental practice that I’ve ever seen. The check-in and waiting area looks like it could be in a magazine. It seems as though they’re equipped with the newest technology. At check-in during your first appointment, they ask you to fill out a comfort card to indicate what they can do to ensure that you’re comfortable during your appointment. I had the pleasure of working with Kenzie who offered me a blanket and a damp cloth w/aromatherapy. My seat had heat and massage capabilities. These were all things mentioned on my comfort card. Kenzie was a great listener. She was kind, professional and very detail oriented when collecting images/x-rays and doing my cleaning. Dr. Falcao was the most pleasant dentist. I’ve had previous experiences with others that really made me uncomfortable with dentists, and he was very calm, kind, and reassuring. He wasn’t pushing me to get unnecessary procedures done. I highly recommend Dr. Falcao at Beyond Smiles.
The hygienist I saw (Mackenzie) was gentle and very thorough. My comfort was made a top priority, which stood out. Her and Dr. Falcao were courteous and addressed my concerns. The office was clean and welcoming. Office is convenient to home and accomodated my busy work schedule. Feels like I am in good hands for a long time to come.
My dental hygienist was incredible! She truly took care of me - extremely thorough with the deeper cleaning, educated me on what was expected moving forward and made sure I was not in any discomfort! The servicing experience from the front desk all the way to the actual appointment is always great. Highly recommend this location and office!

She truly listened to my concerns and addressed them with care and professionalism. Dr. Falcao also made a lasting impression. After reviewing my X-rays and scans, he took the time to explain my long-term treatment options clearly. I appreciated his honest and empathetic approach. I felt like a valued patient, not just another number or transaction. A personalized treatment plan was implemented, and everything was discussed in a way that made me feel informed and involved in my care. Dr. Falcão is a wonderful dentist! He is professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and always makes sure I feel comfortable during the entire visit. It’s such a blessing to have a Brazilian dentist we can truly trust.
