As a vendor that services many of the homes Denneen Construction builds, I am able to tour these homes and speak with their customers who are also my customers.. I must say that I am ALWAYS very impressed with the quality of the workmanship Denneen Construction delivers to their Clients. John Denneen and I have had to coordinate our jobs simultaneously for our Clients to reach the best outcome for them and John is always so easy going and always willing to accommodate to do whats right for the Client and us sometimes. That's rare in todays business world. All of our Clients speak very highly of him as well. I would definitely recommend Denneen Construction to anyone looking to have a quality home built with very nice people building it.
Denneen Construction built our custom Jax Beach home in 2018. John’s hands on style and can-do attitude makes nearly anything you can think of possible and then come to life. John has cultivated a well-deserved reputation with his professional group of subs and others that are intimately involved in the process. One thing you will get tired of hearing when speaking to others about Denneen Construction is how much they LOVED to work with John and what a FANTASTIC guy he is...unfortunately I must agree!
I can’t say enough about my experience with Denneen Construction. John Denneen is a delight to work with. Building a custom home can be very stressful, but Johns patient and professional personality always put us at ease. Quality, results, and communication... These guys are the best.
Denneen Custom Home Builders provided a complete update and redesign on our 2800 sf Beach house. On time, on budget and finished to our demanding specs. John and team were a pleasure to work with!
