Deluxe Fruit Cove Roofing

Our sales representative, Tanner, was friendly and professional, and everyone at company: Deluxe Fruit Cove Roofing showed the same care. The office team, Oliver and Tanner, made scheduling easy and worked with us around strong Florida storms and changing weather. The delivery crew was careful with the heavy truck near the lawn and placed the roofing materials safely and securely before the rain came through. The installation crew was respectful, detail focused, and very careful around our yard, landscaping, and plants. They kept the job site neat, protected the property, and did an excellent cleanup when the roof work was finished. Our home feels more protected now with the wind mitigation strapping they added, which gives us extra peace of mind during storm season. The new shingles fit the style of the house very well, and the lines, valleys, and slopes now look cleaner, stronger, and more true to the home's design. The whole roofing project was handled with skill, good communication, and real attention to detail. The price was fair for the amount of work completed, and the final result made the home look better and feel safer.

I do not usually leave reviews, but after choosing Deluxe Fruit Cove Roofing based on other customer feedback, I wanted to share my experience. Oliver and Tanner were great to work with from start to finish. They were friendly, professional, and easy to talk to, and they made the whole roofing process feel simple and stress free. I definitely recommend at least calling for an estimate. There was no pressure at all, and they gave me time to review everything and make my own decision. Their price for the same roofing work was thousands less than other quotes I received, which made a big difference and gave me real savings. They completed my new roof, gutters, and downspouts in just 3 days, which was impressive, especially with the heat and typical weather conditions in FL. After the first day, I noticed a broken screen and a couple of dirt marks on the siding. I mentioned it, and by the next morning the screen had been replaced and everything looked like new. The roofing crew cleaned up well each day, paid attention to details, and made sure the property looked good when the job was finished. I could not be more pleased with the quality of the work, the communication, and the overall service. I have already recommended them to several people and would do so again without hesitation. My experience honestly could not have gone better.

For a long time I was trying to find a roofer to fix a roof leak that kept making a ceiling stain bigger every time we got heavy Florida rain. It was a small roofing repair, but it still mattered a lot to me because the water intrusion was causing stress inside my home. Most places did not seem interested in a minor leak repair, so i was relieved when Deluxe Fruit Cove Roofing was recommended to me by a friend. I called and oliver got back to me right away and came out the same day. From the start, he was friendly, easy to talk to, and very professional. He inspected the problem, explained the roofing repair clearly, and reassured me that it could be fixed the right way. hearing that was a huge relief after waiting so long for someone to take this issue seriously. What impressed me most was the communication and follow-through. He kept me updated, showed up when promised, explained who would be coming and what work would be done, and handled the repair with care. Every step of the process was smooth, honest, and dependable. The leak repair was completed well, and the area now looks so much better. It is not easy to find a roofing contractor who does exactly what they say they will do, but that is what happened here. This experience brought real peace of mind back to my home. i truly appreciate the fast response, the quality workmanship, and the respect shown for my time and property. I would gladly recommend this team to anyone needing roof leak repair, flashing work, or general roofing service.

I can’t say enough good things about this roofing company. They were professional, patient, respectful of my time, on schedule, and very efficient from start to finish. When my ceiling started leaking, I found out I needed a full roof replacement. The crew came out quickly, inspected the roof, explained the problem in simple terms, gave me a clear timeline, and started the job within a week. The new roof was completed in just one day, and the workmanship looked excellent. What really stood out was how caring and considerate the whole team was throughout the roofing process. They answered my questions, kept the work area neat, and made a stressful roof leak much easier to deal with. In Florida heat and rain, having a strong, reliable roof matters, and they delivered quality roofing work with great customer service. There are many roofing contractors out there, but it is hard to find a team that is this dependable, honest, and easy to work with. I would gladly use them again anytime for roofing services in Fruit Cove.
