Del Webb Ponte Vedra

Had a very satisfying sales experience at Del Webb Ponte Vedra. The sales person was very informative of all the expenses we would expect to have when buying a home. We spent 3 nights on the property to have a Del Webb experience. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Definitely a place we are are strongly considering our next home.

My husband and I built a home in Del Webb Ponte Vedra in 2015 and while we did have a few hiccups, Pulte was quick to offer a solution and they were always respectful and nice to us. We loved our house and neighbors! We found that a small, cozy house was perfect for us since we were outside most of the time. We had to sell and moved back to MN in 2018 for my job but fully intend to move back and either build or buy a resale again in Del Webb. The Del Webb lifestyle and community was perfect for us. There is something for everyone at every +55 age group. And so easy to make friends!

After visiting several retirement communities in Florida, North and South Carolina we knew that Del Webb Ponte Vedra was the one for us. We're very happy with the quality of the home and the attentiveness we received throughout the process, especially from our outstanding Field Manager, Arin Roby. The amenities are all top notch with so many activity options. We feel as though we're on vacation every day.

We visited friends that live in the Del Webb Ocala and were very impressed with the concept. We were looking to leave south Florida and this Del Webb filled our requirements for a change of lifestyle. Very happy with our move, the location, the amenities provided and the people we meet on a daily basis.
