Nicole is great!! She took at least half an hour to explain everything Degree offered and the services have been vital to my recovery. 100% feel like I’m getting my moneys worth.

I’ve been a loyal member of Degree Wellness for quite some time and was told I was on a “grandfathered” unlimited membership rate and that membership was no longer offered. Unfortunately, I recently discovered that a new location is offering the exact same unlimited membership (which I was told is no longer offered) and customers are paying $80 less per month than what I’ve been paying. It’s extremely disappointing to realize that long-term members (me) are paying significantly more than brand-new customers for the same service. The idea of a “grandfathered” rate is usually meant to reward loyalty—not penalize it. I reached out to request a rate adjustment or refund after discovering this pricing discrepancy, but my request was denied. Transparency and fairness in pricing should matter, especially for businesses built on recurring memberships. At this point, it’s hard to justify continuing at a higher rate when the same service is clearly available for much less. I hope Degree Wellness reconsiders how they treat their existing members, because loyalty should go both ways. I have included an attached screenshot of the reduced pricing that is being offered at the Town Center location.

I came into Degree Wellness at the beach location to get an IV today. The nurse on staff was super helpful with helping me figure out which IV would be the best for me. I ended up getting the immunity and detox and it was all just such a relaxing, wonderful experience. The IV felt so good and I can feel a difference already. I’m definitely coming back for another one asap!

This place is exactly what I needed. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel seen, supported, and celebrated. They’re knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely invested in your wellness—not just the services, but you as a whole person. I came in for a wellness crawl and experienced cryotherapy, oxygen therapy, and an athletic IV. Every single treatment was intentional and restorative. The cryo session was brisk but empowering, the oxygen therapy helped me reset mentally, and the IV gave me the boost I didn’t even know I needed. I left feeling energized, clear, and ready to take on the world. The space is clean, calming, and beautifully designed. It’s not just a wellness center—it’s a sanctuary. Whether you’re recovering, recharging, or just prioritizing yourself for once, Degree Wellness is the place to do it. Highly recommend. I’ll absolutely be back—and bringing friends.
