The Contrast therapy offered at Degree Wellness has become an essential part of my wellness and recovery routine. As a professional musician, the detoxing from red light sauna & benefits of cold therapy have tremendously speed up recovery after late night gigs for me. My sleep quality, mental clarity, and pain levels significantly decrease after every session. Additionally, the staff are top professionals who are very sensitive and considerate to the quality of your needs and experience, couldn’t recommend more!
I have been com completely obsessed with the grease wellness. All of the services are amazing. The staff is always so nice knowledgeable and helpful.
The young lady at the front desk told me that there were no openings for cold plunge between 6-7pm, and that they were fully booked. I called another location and they verified that this location actually had openings. Please get better customer service at this location and receptionist that tell the truth even though they close in a hour
The best self care wellness center in Jacksonville! ⭐️ Seriously, everything about Degree Wellness is top notch. From the welcoming staff to the many self-care treatments and everything in between make this place one of a kind. I’ve experienced the sauna, full body chryo, and dry float. What I really like is that each of the rooms has a poster that highlights the benefits of the therapy. Don’t look at this as a cost, but rather, an investment in you to become the best, healthiest version of you! Give them a visit and experience self care like you never have before.
It was an amazing experience! Loved the cryo room and the sauna! The cold plunge definitely did its job and woke me up!
