I cannot say enough kind things about this place. I recently came to them needing a little more than their usual, I needed an iv for a medical condition and wasnt in the best shape. They were so compassionate and accommodating. The 1st time Stella helped up front and Cindy did my IV and they were wonderful. The 2nd visit Reese helped us and Bridget did the Iv. Their kindness was amazing. They were all so helpful and made me so comfortable. Also the 30 min sauna/ cold plunge is amazing and the atmosphere is clean and comfortable. We will continue to use them recreational and i recommend them to anyone looking for any type of service like they have!
Love the equipment and services offered yet still lacking in a few touches. WiFi never seems to be working and staff answer is “they don’t have wifi either “… If you come early in day - water not cold and have to request robe …. Staff not educated on recommended frequency of NAD and other inductions they sell Small things yet we pay big price. So processes and employee responses need work
Great spot to do contrast therapy and their manager Tanner stays on top of all of the details to ensure the place is spotless and every visit is a good one.
Went today to do a session in the infrared sauna and to check out all the things they have to offer. The entire ambiance of Degree Wellness is wonderful. Enjoyed my session and will most definitely be coming back.
I live in Nocatee and was driving five minutes location. I was so excited when Degree announced the opening of the Nocatee location. The staff has been amazing. I love the sauna and doing contrast therapy! Recently I’ve noticed a level up with this location - lavender spray in the rooms, cold wash cloths that smell delightful. Visiting is my favorite part of the day! I do the monthly package so I can visit daily or bank services if I’m traveling. A must try experience!
