Dr. Shazada and his nurse Shantana, the staff in the front (especially Marcia) are AMAZING ! I feel so blessed to have found this group at Dedicated Senior Medical. They are the most caring people in a doctor's office and medical facility that I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Thank you Dr. Shazada and the entire staff for making me feel genuinely cared for, not just another patient !!! I have read some negative comments and believe a lot of people have been impatient and expect to be treated like they are the ONLY patient. LOL Also, you can't blame the office for an Uber not showing up on time. This group at Dedicated are exceptional and I love them !!!

If you are a senior then Dedicated Senior . Medical Center would be a super place for your medical needs. The pleasant atmosphere is generated by the friendly and kind personnel that work there. They treat patients like family. Dr. Yunus and his team have given me excellent care and attention. I highly recommend Dedicated Senior Medical Center!

Writing ⭐️ 1 Star I am extremely upset and disappointed with the way my father’s medication situation has been handled at Dedicated Senior Care Center. My father has been without his medication for almost two weeks, and I have been trying to get this situation resolved. I was told that they will not give him his medication because he has not seen the doctor in a month. Regardless of the reason for the missed appointment, I find it extremely concerning that my father has been left without his prescribed medication for this length of time. When it comes to senior care, medication management is a serious responsibility. Families should be able to expect timely communication and appropriate attention when a patient is completely out of medication. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of urgency and the way this situation has been handled. I would strongly encourage other families considering this facility to ask very specific questions about how medications are managed when a doctor appointment is overdue and what procedures are in place to prevent a patient from going without necessary medication. My father deserves better than being left without his medication for nearly two weeks.

Be careful the Physician are great , but control by their panel group to decline you're healthcare by not allowing the Doctor who saw you and send to your healthcare company. They send it to the panel to decline most of your referrals. They tried on me over 2 yrs service declined my referral or purposely hold them back. Even the specialist I go to. They show through MRI and notes . The panel of dedicated purposely slow your referrals process. Making us the patient, re do the referral process. The panel does that you would be frustrated and don't go through it . Or leave because they can't profit on you. Beware of their processing. Great Doctor who you see. But to the Dedicated group, their just their puppets.
