Dedicated Senior Medical Center

My most recent experience was great, after I arrived I was greeted by the office coordinator and asked if I had any questions or concerns, I shared my issues and later all my issues were resolved. I am very pleased with Monterey Dedicated!! Dr Pagan is awesome, patient listener and very thoughtful person, compassionate physician, I’m very pleased with Dr Pagan at Dedicated Monterey at Arlington Rd, Jacksonville Florida.

I’ve been to dedicated many times since I’ve joined the Jacksonville team and they’re amazing. They go out of their way to help you no matter what the issue is so I give them at five star all the staff they even give you treats when you leave. They’re really amazing Joanne DiLorenzo.

I had another appointment that would possibly conflict with my scheduled time thst could not be easily cancelled or mo ed to a later time. The staff assured me I would be able to be seen and still make it to the other appointment on time.

My health provider is beyond awesome! She always takes time to listen to my concerns, she is always very friendly and upbeat. I just adore her. The staff and nurses are also very friendly and willing to help you with any problems or concerns as well. I highly recommend anyone to give it a try...
