Dedicated Senior Medical Center

I have been going to the Arlington Expressway Dedicated since 2022, the facility have changed a lot. Just about all the people that worked there when I started are gone. A lot of the Doctors are gone. Dedicated has gone down.

It's a great concept, in theory, but they care more about seeing patients monthly for Medicare reimbursement that the health, comfort & wellbeing of their patients! I had 4 appointments canceled on me ( 2 in-person & 2 virtual) in the past 6 months and when I showed up 20 min late, they refused to see me. But walk-ins, yeah, we'll take YOUR money!! I can't get med refills, referrals or prior authorization done in a timely manner (ie: it took 10 weeks to get a diagnisis for a knee injury in 4/2024, and then suggest a knee immobilizer! Too late at that point...damage done!). I like my Dr but wish tge medical group cared more about their patients that NEED help than Medicare reimbursement for monthly routine visits

I see Manuela and she is Awesome. Everyone Herr is nice and sweet. I try to send all my friends here. I would recommend Dedicated Senior Center to every one!!. All your medical needs are addressed promptly and all the staff are kind and courteous.
