Dede helped me list my oceanfront condo and purchase my new home. She was very professional giving me great advice on listing price, best location for me to look at for my new home and negotiating both of the contracts. Dede has a bubbly professional personality that made it easy for me to work with her and be stress free during the buyer and seller process. I highly recommend Dede for your real estate transactions.
I have worked with several different agents in the past and decided to go with Dede from a friends recommendation. I am so glad I did. She was there every step of the way; before the sale, during the sale and after the sale. She always had my back and kept me updated every step of the way. This was in regards to the selling of a relatives probated property, so it was also an emotional time for our family. If you are looking for a realtor who you can trust, I highly recommend her. You will not be disappointed.
Dede is a great realtor. Responsive and also there to help you with any of your needs. Highly recommended.
