Horrible experience with Deborah. Would not recommend to anyone. Keep this person away from your property. Interacted with Deborah as they were the tenant sourcing for a property I was interested in renting. Did not follow up with me after my first contact, made me take a FaceTime tour of the house even though I was fine with the pictures from the listing then attempted to gaslight me into saying that I requested this (lady just take my money I don’t want to FaceTime you), and then provided me with the most unprofessional, predatory rental application that I’ve ever seen. To include $75 application fee per a person even if the property is already given to someone else, $150 lease prep fee for a template form lease off the internet, and a 24 hour “deposit hold” where if you don’t fill out paperwork fast enough she keeps half your deposit. Don’t trust this organization, either amateurs or a scam. Owner lost out on a renter because of their business practices.
