I have had 3 separate interactions with Debbie and each has been excellent. She provided us with excellent advice. Computed my taxes efficiently and her fees were the most reasonable professional fees I have ever paid. And, she made the painful process of paying federal taxes nearly painless.
Debbie pulled up ChatGPT during my 2025 appointment and was unprofessional throughout. When I later asked for an electronic copy of my records (only a paper copy was provided at the time), she tried to charge me an additional $25, calling it a fee for ‘employee time’ despite it taking her about 90 seconds on a phone call to email it over. I already paid for their services and representation; extending 90 seconds of courtesy should be basic customer service.
Debbie's Accounting says their values are integrity, customer focus, and expertise. They have failed on all three accounts. Their incompetence and negligence caused an unexpected $1000 burden on our family because our tax forms were prepared incorrectly. And then our amended tax forms were prepared incorrectly. We have repeatedly asked for help. They have blown us off every step of the way. They prioritize their corporate clients and will not have your back whatsoever. We filed a complaint with the state because we don't know what else to do. Now we have to pay another tax professional to fix the mess Debbie's Accounting has caused us. We did not need all of this added stress.
I have been using Debbie for many years. Would not consider going anywhere else.. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, just the best. If available I’d give her 100 gold stars
Mohammad made this whole process run so much smoother!! He was so helpful and nice and good looking! To be honest, every time I walk in and see him at the front, he’s so productive and his smile is the sweetest. The best part of going to Debbie’s is Mohammad! ☺️
