Auntie Dee-Dee, as she is now affectionately called, was a pleasure to work with!! While inquiring on realtors, two separate family members referred her to my wife and I. During our first conversation she poured into us: do’s and don’ts; suggestions; and lots of encouragement. Initially, my wife and I wanted to find a rental. Within two showings, we were met with “I can get you in a home for this rental price.” The amount of anxiety regarding large down payments and interest rates had us perturbed. However, Auntie Dee-Dee used her relationships to connect us with a lender, who got us prequalified for a loan that did not require a huge down payment, and would assist with buying down our interest rate. It took some work on our end (paying off debt, saving money, etc.) but our vision to home ownership was clearer than ever. After this reinvigoration, our efforts to purchasing a home were met with high market prices and never fully getting what we wanted. Again, Auntie Dee-Dee used her relationships to call to another realtor who worked with new builds. She laid the circumstances out for him and scheduled a tour for us. Within a month, we had made the decision to build our new home!! Auntie Dee-Dee was there every step of the way. Whether it was a tour or designing our home, she advocated for us, ensuring we received every promise they made. The home buying process can be quite daunting but her knowledge and experience served us well by knowing certain questions to ask and putting the lingo in layman’s terms. My wife and I were very pleased with the service of DD Home Realty!! Auntie Dee-Dee mentioned something about investment properties.… If and when we are ready, she’ll be the first call we make!!

I am going give DD realty 5 stars due to the professionalism and great customer service that Dee-Dee herself tries to instill in all transactions with this company. I had some initial concerns and issues while dealing with a realtor but after one conversation with Dee-Dee everything was resolved immediately. If i purchase another home in this area I will be utilizing their services. I see that one reviewer gave this business a 1 start and I am certain he/she did not contact Dee-Dee to discuss his concern.
