DayBreak Lawn Care

I have been using Pestology for over a year. Every time I make the service department aware of the weed and dead grass area problems all they do is tell my service guy and he comes up with excuses and he just told me i would have to wait until the winter to get rid of the weeds. (why do i have weeds if they are servicing our yard. I have dead spots all over my backyard as well as the side yard . We Live on the St. John’s river, so we want our yard to be healthy . We also have a sprinkler system and my yard is getting plenty of water. When i call for service I always have to leave a message because they don’t have a live service department and many times when i leave a message they simply don’t return the call. Will be looking for another company.

Pestology has been a great company for me. Always on time and ready for my questions. Any time there was a "pop up" issue with weeds or a bad spot, they came out to check it and take of it. Reasonable price, too!

I have a rental home in Nocatee and do not live close by. I employ companies to take care of problems and to keep the grounds looking good. Recently the renters moved out and I visited the property and to my surprise, I had about 160 square feet of dead sod where chinch bugs had invaded. That kind of damage happens over months not days. I was never informed from Pestology or the new owners about this. When I talked to them about replacement and their guarantee, I got nothing, so I fired them. I would not recommend them as they do not stand behind their work.
