Dawn Sutherland LLC

I used Dawn as my buyer's agent when I bought my house about 4 years ago and she did a great job helping me with that deal, so when my work travel got to the point that I wanted to move, I didn't think twice about who to use as my seller's agent. Dawn gave me great advice on how to get the house looking top notch for showings and we got multiple offers within 3 days of listing it. Once it went under contract though, that's where she really shined. I moved two hours away a couple months before I listed the house for sale, so that made it hard for me to find people to do the minor repairs the house needed. Dawn took point on that and lined up the folks I needed and made sure the work got done satisfactorily and all I had to do was make the payments. That help was invaluable! TLDR: I highly recommend Dawn, whether you're buying or selling, as she will work hard for you and get you results you're happy with!

We chose Dawn because of her proven ability to achieve a sale in tough markets using current trends, accurate property valuation, and excellent communication skills with all parties involved.
