I felt that Dawn Diaz APRN seemed more focused on moving patients through quickly than actually listening to concerns. If a patient’s issues required more than a brief appointment, the interaction often felt rushed and dismissive. Instead of showing compassion and patience for people dealing with ongoing or complex health concerns, it came across as though patients who needed extra time were viewed as an inconvenience. What was most upsetting to me was being prescribed a medication that caused terrible side effects. When I brought up the problems I was experiencing and asked about changing medications, I felt dismissed and was told she would not change it. A healthcare provider should take patient concerns seriously, especially when someone is struggling with side effects that are affecting their quality of life. Overall, I left feeling unheard and unsupported.

Dawn Diaz is by far the most professional and knowledgeable APRN I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Her expertise is evident in the way she carefully explains every treatment option, ensuring I fully understand my choices. As a patient, I never feel rushed—she takes the time to listen, answer questions, and provide thoughtful guidance. Dawn sets the standard for excellence in patient care. Absolutely five stars—if you need a PCP, look no further! Her staff is equally impressive!

Dawn Diaz is kindest and most patient medical person that one could have to care for you. She listens to you and she takes all the time you need when you are not feeling well. I have been going to this clinic for approximately five or six years and I could not imagine seeing anyone else, but Dawn Diaz. I have always been able to get an appointment when I have been sick either by Tele med or in person the same day I call. She is knowledgeable and has a wonderful bedside manner. I have always been able to get a referral very quickly. The nurses are fabulous. The staff behind the desk are professional and have a wonderful rapport with all the patients. Dawn has even called me after hours to check on me when I was really sick. She goes beyond the call. How many medical personnel do you know that care that much?
