Fishing pond is over grown behind baseball field! Its a hike with poles and tackle. Landed 6 large mouth bass! All 2 -3 lbs.
It was a great trail with lots of twists and turns. The bike trail. We figured we’d wear pants and sweaters and just go fast through it but at the end we both had at least 20 ticks we had to remove off of our clothing. We were very surprised that the ticks could jump on us considering we didn’t touch anything outside of the trail.
Great park with a central focus on sports, but with a lot of other fun things to do. The soccer fields are well taken care of. The dog parks are kept clean and are very nice. Playgrounds are smaller but still fun and safe for the kids. Overall a great experience for all ages and stages.
Nice field/park in Ponte vedra. Boys go there for Special flag football on Fridays. Quite a drive for us, but worth it. Nice atmosphere and very family-friendly. I think there's a dog park around as well.
Davis Park is very nice and well maintained. There are baseball, soccer, and football fields and two dog parks with a lake in each one. One park is for smaller dogs and the other is for larger dogs. There is shade and a place to wash your dog before you go home. It's free and a very good time.
