I had the pleasure of meeting David at a networking event that he created in Clay County, Florida. He mentioned that he was a Business Coach who was also in the Financial Services industry. I was a Financial Coach for many years who was unable to make a living doing the work I love-helping women with their finances. I hired David and he helped me to narrow my focus, refine my introduction, determine the monetary value of my services, and helped me realize that I have what it takes to not only help women, but make money. His business and personal values resonate with me. His guidance was instrumental in me quitting my full-time faculty position to become a full-time financial adviser. He has been a valuable resource in helping me to understand the financial services industry, navigate compliance, and client case development. More importantly he has helped me discover my passion, stay focused, and become a successful financial adviser who now has her own practice, hired an assistant and two advisers within six months of hiring him. Meeting and hiring Coach David has been one of the best decisions for my business.
David was a great guide and helped me think through my challenges as I was starting a new business. He offered insights that never crossed my mind and was masterful at strategizing to find the best ways to plan the vision for what I wanted to do and how I wanted to do it. He always came back to whether things were a fit for me, and how likely they were to succeed. Often, he had greater awareness of those things than I did. Great coach who can keep a client grounded while helping them plan a vision for the future.
I've been working with David for a year and a half now and I am so happy to have met him! He is a leader with a servant's heart and an example for me and my small group who work with him. He exemplifies calm confidence and trust in God's plan. He is a patriot and small business advocate. Recently, I had a presentation to make at the local Sheriff's Office. He spent his time and expertise helping me to prepare and accepted my invitation to present as well. His generosity of his time and knowlege just blows me away!
David has been a great asset to my business He has helped me to gain confidence and given the best advise on how to help it grow. He is very professional and a down to earth guy. When it comes to Dave, he is the real deal. Trust worthy, honest and a great mentor. Thanks Dave
