David A. King

My father passed away, and Owenby Law (who did work on my father's will over the years) dropped me and would not answer my emails when I asked them to draw up a Certificate of Trust requested by the bank. This was very challenging for me as I live out of town. Attorney Dave King came to my rescue and gave me quick, professional service. I was grateful for his help and would highly recommend him.

Mr King did our wills. He was very nice and very professional. It was a very quick painless process. He is very knowledgeable about what needs to be done to avoid probate taxes. If we had done a will online I don't think everything would have been addressed. I feel confident everything has been taking care of correctly .

David King have been our legal council in commercial real estate / estate planning / and LLC formations for over 9 years. David ALWAYS has time for us - questions / direction - takes the time to explain the why something is the way it is and the data to support the decision. Organized and extremely professional. His staff works hard to keep the bar high and always delivers. He will not let you down.
