First appointment doctor made us feel like we weren't important because we didn't have insurance. Second appointment, after verifying with insurance company that UF Health did take our insurance, we arrived to find out that they don't. Never sent us a good faith estimate or called us to tell us that they didn't take it after putting our information in the patient portal. Their website also says that they take our insurance. Insurance company called them and we were told that WuDunns office would contact me within 72 hours to tell us their decision and never got a call. Onto the doctor. My adult child is the patient and he keeps putting in the notes that she is a juvenile. Doesn't really act like he cares because he thinks we don't have insurance. Feel like the only important thing to them is money, not the well-being of their patients.
