Dark Side Tacos

I cannot praise Matthew and his team enough for their amazing work! My wife and I worked with The Dark Side Of The Spoon as the caterer for our wedding, and it was the best choice we could have made! Matthew was extremely kind and communicative in the months leading up to our wedding, ensuring we received exactly what we wanted, and the execution could not have been more perfect. Everyone still raves about how delicious the food was, and their attention to detail was very much appreciated! Hiring TDSOTS will hands down be the best choice you make for your wedding/event!!

We used Dark side of the spoon for our wedding catering. Matthew was easy to get in touch with, in fact he let me bug him with questions for a year with nothing but kindness and reassurance. Everyone loved the self serve tacos and still talk about it weeks later. We can’t wait to see him set up to be able to order them again. The chicken and the pork were so flavorful. The sides were fresh and the sauces were drinkable. Highly recommend!

Jay provided fantastic service and really made my visit enjoyable. He was friendly, welcoming, and attentive, and you could tell he genuinely cared about making sure everything was right. The tacos were delicious, but Jay’s great attitude made the experience even better. Definitely a great employee and someone who deserves recognition. I’ll be coming back!

Wow!! Highly recommend Dark Side of the Spoon for your next party! We had family/friends over the day after my son’s wedding and didn’t want to cook….Matt came and set everything up for us! The food was AMAZING!! Matt was a pleasure to work with!!
